ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.

DELIVERY TIME: 4-6 business days for Italy

                          7-10 business days for other destinations.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ALTEROSA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Shipping cost to send the item back will be paid by the customer.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@alterosa.it  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
